Returns and Exchange

We always want you to stay cent percent satisfied and enjoy your particular purchases at However, in some case of Return / Exchange, the product you think is not what you exactly ordered and find it low quality beyond your imagination , then it must be given back in its original exact unused condition along with all the packing, documents as well as tags. We do not accept the product in used or detonated condition so it should be returned in such a state that it is resalable.


The availability of the stock may cause difficulty in the exchange process of the product and our brand loyal customer may have to wait till the arrival of next shipment. In case of customized order the story is but different, it is possible that the same product would be out of stock, and that it is not possible for it to return and exchange.


For the sake of return/exchange, the shipping fees are merely the responsibility of the customer. If you still want to return and exchange then in that case you must be required to pay off the shipping rates and in that case the return would be made after subtracting the liable shipping fee. In the case if the company is at fault, then all the charges will be religiously born by company without any kind of deduction, but if the basic worry lies with dissatisfaction of the consumer due to personal preferences, then the refund will be made after deducting the shipping fee. Even in that case, you will have to make haste within 30 days, after 30 days of delivery, the company will not be able to entertain refund or exchange of the product. 


We have learnt from studies that most returns are simply due to wrong size selection as well as ordering. Therefore, in order to avoid such horrible inconveniences, we do have our own particular size chart which is always why we request our buyers to please double check their measurements with that of our size chart. Please email us at in case you have to discuss anything about the defective merchandize you have received or in the case if you wish to change your size and request for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number without which returns will not be accepted.


We will spontaneously reply your email along with the returns instructions. Once the ordered merchandize is received and inspected, we will faithfully either refund or exchange solely as per customer's requirements.



 Buyers will be religiously reimbursed in the same method of payment which is used to pay for the item.
